- Where is BHS Travel based?
- Our office is in Houmt Souk, Djerba (Rue Karawen, Tawrit, 4180). Tours also go inland to the Sahara — including destinations such as Tozeur — but headquarters is on Djerba.
- Do I need an account to book?
- No. Guests request a booking with name, email, phone, dates, and number of travelers. There is no guest login.
- In which currency are prices shown?
- Catalog prices and the quote are in euros (EUR). A Tunisian dinar (TND) equivalent is shown as a guide and locked when you submit the booking.
- How do I pay?
- There is no online card checkout. You pay on arrival or by Tunisian bank transfer. For transfers, send the locked TND amount from your confirmation.
- Which languages do you speak?
- The website is in French (default) and English. The team also works in Arabic.
